Who we are

ZERONOISE is operated by CyberSec People Pty Ltd, an Australian-based cybersecurity recruitment firm. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean CyberSec People. When we say "platform", we mean zeronoise.io and its associated services.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, email address, and country
  • LinkedIn profile URL and current role/title
  • Cybersecurity specialisation
  • Career preferences (e.g. "what would make you move")
  • Referral codes used to join the network
  • Vouch and endorsement data from peers in the network

For companies, we collect contact details, company information, and hiring requirements submitted through our waitlist and intake forms.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Build and maintain your professional profile within the network
  • Match you with relevant opportunities based on your preferences, skills, and mission alignment
  • Facilitate peer vouching and trust verification

We understand that many professionals in our network are not actively looking and value discretion. Your presence in the network is confidential. We do not disclose your identity to employers without a relevant match, and we do not publish member lists or profiles publicly.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data and removal from the network
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
