ZERONOISE is a curated cybersecurity talent network. We connect security professionals with relevant career opportunities through a combination of personal interviews, peer vouching, and intelligent matching. Access to the network is by invitation (referral code) or through our waitlist application process.
The platform is intended for cybersecurity professionals and companies hiring within the cybersecurity domain. By joining the network, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of skills, experience, or identity may result in removal from the network.
The strength of ZERONOISE depends on trust. By participating in the network, you agree to:
Referral codes are issued to existing network members to invite trusted peers. Codes are personal and should only be shared with individuals you would professionally vouch for. Abuse of the referral system, including bulk distribution or selling of codes, will result in revocation of your network access.
When you vouch for someone in the network, you are putting your professional reputation behind that endorsement. Vouches are visible to the ZERONOISE team and may influence how candidates are matched and presented to hiring companies. Fraudulent or misleading vouches undermine the network and may result in removal of both parties.
We treat your membership in the network as confidential. We will not disclose your identity or profile to employers without a relevant match. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in cases where you choose to share your own membership status publicly.
Companies using ZERONOISE to hire agree to treat candidate information as confidential. Candidate profiles shared through the platform are for the specific hiring purpose discussed and should not be shared externally, stored in third-party systems without consent, or used for purposes beyond the agreed engagement.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the network at our discretion, particularly in cases of misrepresentation, abuse of the vouching or referral systems, or conduct that undermines the trust and integrity of the network.
ZERONOISE facilitates introductions between security professionals and hiring companies. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, and we are not liable for hiring decisions made by companies or career decisions made by professionals based on matches facilitated through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to network members directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
